Spicy yogurt BBQ chicken Recipe
8 skinless chicken drumsticks
142ml pot natural yogurt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground turmeric
With a sharp knife, make a few slashes in each drumstick. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, season to taste. Add the drumsticks, rubbing the mixture well into the meat. If you have time, cover and chill for 30 min’s.

Remove the drumsticks from the marinade, shaking off the excess. Cook them on the barbecue for 20-25 min’s, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

Barbecued Chicken Tenders
Vegetable oil
1.50 lb. chicken tenders
Coarse salt and ground pepper
0.75 c. Barbecue sauce
Heat grills to medium-high; lightly oil grates. Place chicken in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Pour 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over chicken, and toss to coat. Divide remaining barbecue sauce between two bowls (1/4 cup
each); use one for basting and the other for serving.

Grill chicken, turning and basting occasionally with reserved basting sauce, 8 to 10 minutes total. Remove chicken from grill; serve with reserved serving.

Grilled Buttermilk Chicken
4 cups buttermilk
15 garlic cloves
1 cup fresh rosemary or thyme
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
3 whole chickens, cut into 8 pieces each
(Breasts in half diagonally)
Safflower oil, for brushing
Combine buttermilk, garlic, herbs, 2 tablespoons salt, and 2 teaspoons pepper and Divide the chicken between 2 baking dishes. Cover with marinade, turning to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning chicken
occasionally. Remove chicken from refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling.

Heat grill to medium with direct and indirect heat zones. Brush grates with oil. Remove chicken from marinade, and pat dry with paper towels. Grill breast halves, thighs, and drumsticks, skin side down, over direct heat for 10 minutes. Flip, move to indirect heat, and grill, covered, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of thighs registers 165 degrees, 10 to 15 minutes. Grill wings over direct heat, flipping often, until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
