Cabo Bob’s Burritos – A little Mexican corner near University of Texas
I’m a fan of Chef Claudia Sandoval. I was impressed by her creative and attractive modern Mexican dishes in Master Chef Season 6. Since then, I have really noticed Mexican food and desired to taste them as much as possible.
A friend took me to Cabo Bob’s Burritos last month, and I was almost in love with this beautiful restaurant at first time. The space combines between a gentle blue and white, that will give you a comfortable and peaceful feeling. The furniture was neat, the staff worked fast and pro. It was very interesting to see how they make their taco and chips.
What’s about food? Cabo Bob’s is amazing. One of the best treats is Tacos, of course! Delicious fish tacos is packed with crispy fish, fresh vegetable, sauce and they always go with some slices of lime on the side. You would find there every popular Mexican dishes such as burrito, tortilla, fried fish, chips (dipped in red salsa)… A portion of burrito filled with meat, white rice, black bean and veggies is another appealing choice. The great tortilla selections, which are quite plentiful to choose, make you want to ask for more. Trust me, Bob’s menu led us to some hard decisions, and I would come back to just to enjoy what I missed last time.
