PREP 20 MINUTES
BAKE 10 MINUTES AT 350°F
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate pieces or bittersweet chocolate pieces
1 cup almond granola
1/2 cup rolled oats
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper; set aside. In a medium bowl stir together flour, salt, and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. Gradually add flour mixture, beating just until combined. Stir in chocolate pieces, granola, and oats.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheets for 1 minute. Transfer to wire racks; cool.
